Resourced generates revenue from two main sources: subscriptions and commissions.
At this early stage in our business journey, we are offering early adopters full access to our service with no subscription fees. This will be continually reviewed as we move through our proof-of-concept phase, and our fee structure will be assessed regularly during this period.
Resourced operates a review system for every transaction we broker. Companies that fail to meet their agreements may be removed from the network. Because Resourced is paid only for successfully delivered hours, it’s in our shared interest to ensure all collaborations benefit both parties.
We recommend that any contract between two parties introduced by Resourced includes appropriate clauses to prevent the direct hiring or solicitation of staff or clients.
During shortlisting, we take care to recommend companies from different regions or sectors to further minimise this risk.
While Resourced remains available to provide support if needed, the delivery of the project is managed directly between the two parties. The method of collaboration, such as a shared portal or secure email exchange, can be agreed based on what works best for both sides.
We rely on our review system to ensure all parties meet their responsibilities and act fairly. We also work with both sides to agree equitable rates that represent fair value without excessive profit. Each arrangement is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
