Hugh is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer and Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers with over 20 years of cross-industry experience. He began his career within multinational oil and gas contractors and has spent the past eight years in senior management within an engineering consultancy focused on process engineering. Throughout his diverse roles, from project management to business development, he founded Resourced to tackle the challenges he frequently encountered in balancing fluctuating engineering workloads with the available team members. Having the right amount of resources is crucial, as too many or too few can adversely affect both projects and the overall business.

Stephen is a Chartered Engineer and experienced Programme Management and Controls specialist with over 20 years’ experience in project management, delivering value and transformation across major infrastructure projects. Having founded two successful engineering consultancies, he has a deep understanding of how engineering businesses source, deploy, and manage high-skill team members. Stephen co-founded Resourced to leverage his extensive network and industry insight to address the growing challenge of aligning capability with demand across the engineering sector.

Alex is a Chartered Global Management Accountant and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. He brings extensive board-level experience, having served in both CEO and CFO roles across multiple industries, including engineering consultancy. Drawing on this background, Alex has provided strategic guidance and financial insight during the formative stages of Resourced, helping to shape its early direction and ensure a robust foundation for sustainable growth, while effectively managing team members involved in project management.
