Beginning his career within multinational oil and gas contractors, he has spent the past eight years in senior management within a process engineering consultancy. Working in various roles from Project Management through to Business development, he founded Resourced to address the challenges he repeatedly faced in balancing fluctuating engineering workloads with the available workforce where having too many or too few of the correct resource can have adverse effects on projects and the business.
